Media Industries and Representation How many people are in MOJO: Men: 311 Female: 73 Ethnic Minorities: 73  This is an unfair representation because there is clearly way more men than females. Also there are way more white people than any other ethnic minority. However, since the main target audience is white men, they can identify with people featured. How may audiences interpret the magazine differently and how may these differences reflect individual differences and social differences? A young audience may interpret the magazine differently to an older audience because an older audience may find the magazine very interesting and it is the type of music they listen to however a young audience may find it boring. MOJO Magazine Mojo, is a serious 'classic rock' magazine that targets an upmarket and mature audience reflecting the context of the 'baby boomer generation' . - They were the first generation to have a disposable income post war. Were able to enjoy music/festivals/concerts. In terms of media industries, MOJO is a good example of  diversification . It is a product with a clear audience address - engaging the passion of music fans who consider themselves sophisticated - this is reflected in a constant media language house style.
